答案是D没问题，但是retail marketing networks based这个BASED是什么意思呢，请NN指教。谢谢。

不是NN， 仅发表个人见解：based on 以某物为基础，在这里为零售市场网络以进口其他国家产品为基础、依据，不知对否？请nn指教！

再问一下：c选项如果逗号后面是个that从句，加and是否对了！
