yiyiying mm, I enclosed my transcripts with the application package and I haven't made any clarification. You can send an explanation with your transcript stateing that your uni. does not provide this kind of service. You can also ask your uni. to send such a explanation to Schulich.
To my knowledge, Chinese GPA calculation method is different than that in US/Canada. There are many ways to convert scores between differnent systems, just use the one to the best of your advantage..... However, the school will have their own discretion and judgement.
