我觉得选A，句意要求完成时，后面的完成时省略了助动词have.

更正自己的错误, 昨晚昏了头.

这里选E,

动词和副词的位置应该一致declined steadily 和 remained virtually, 以此来作第一步排除。A, B, C;

D unchanging意思错，remain unchanged表一结果状态，应用-ed。

时态: during the next three months.无法表现出现在/一般的意味, 故一般时错。

6 months是在3 months之前的一个时间段, 3 months是延续到现在的时间段, 6 months在它之前只能用过去时。
