这题答案是B。为什么“minimum wage remained constant. 不变,同时teenage unemployment rate 上升”就可以削弱结论呢。
这说明UNEMPLOYMENT RATE 不光与MINIMUM RATE 有关.可能还有其他的因素`!(者属于它因削弱)
如果还是不明白,我可以举个例子:
GMAT成绩在申请MBA中很重要一般都要过700分,所以只要考过700分就会申请成功.WEAKEN:有一个人考了710分,可是申请还是没有成功(可能是他的工作经验不足).
