我觉得C是跟Woman说的刚好相反,因为她说她们只是没有共同点,那怎么可以说她不了解Julie呢?

我得理解是:我们不是不能相处

我觉得楼上两个mm的理解其实是一样,都在表明“能相处”的肯定意思。

D She did not really enjoy living with Julie
C选项是说,她不了解julie。D选项是说不觉得相处的不是那么舒服。跟最后一句We just didnt have much in common的意思接近。
我觉得托福这里考的就是不能推断原话里面没有的内容。文章里没有说到不了解。一直表达的意思是不同,所以建议选D。
