答案是B，解释里说与One legacy对应的对号是个名词。

我还想问问be to do sth在OG中出就是错误结构吗？反正觉得be to do sth在OG好象不能表示“打算要做…”，没见它对过。

这题答案是E, 就是be to do结构, 但是这里不定式表目的, be to do结构, 虽然OG里面确实在用它表示将来的时候都不正确, 但是ETS没有说是错误的, 就不能自己主观认为.

搜了一下大全，似乎也没有看到Be to do表示将来的意思是成为正确选项，但是ETS没有说过这个是错误的表达，不知道大家的看法如何？

我认为最好不要认为哪个是错还是对，至少没有绝对得，通过比较选最优得

今天找到了一题，就是说不定式可以表将来

255. The bank holds $3 billion in loans that are seriously delinquent or in such trouble that they do not expect payments when due.

(A) they do not expect payments when

(B) it does not expect payments when it is

(D) payments are not to be expected to be paid when（C）

(E) payments are not expected to be paid when they will be

其中OG对E得选项可以看出

Also, are not to be in D and will be in E inappropriately shift action to the future.

是, 我的意思是be to do没有在正确的答案中表示过将来时, 也许是一个ETS的prefer吧, 但是不敢乱说.
