Choice D is best. Choice A illogically compares skills to a disinclination; choice B compares skills to many people. Choice C makes the comparison logical by casting analytical skills as the subject of the sentence, but it is awkward and unidiomatic to say skills bring out a disinclination. Also in C, the referent of

they is unclear, and weak to a degree changes the meaning of the original statement. In E, have a disinclination... while willing is grammatically incomplete, and admit their lack should be admit to their lack. By making people the subject of the sentence, D best expresses the intended contrast, which pertains not so much to skills as to people's willingness to recognize different areas of weaknes.

感觉这到题的D,E选项改变题意了啊，谁说大家愿意承认计算机技能差了？只是更不愿意承认分析能力差啊？

解释中说E选项is grammatically incomplete, 不明白为什么，while doing 不是现在分词的最常用法吗？

到底题的原意从哪儿判断啊？

好问题!

1. unlike有指出另一方具有相反特性的作用. 所以说unlike computer skills or other technical skills,人们不愿承认.....的时候, 也就表明人们愿意承认前者. 原文的意思由A判断, 除非明显不和逻辑.

2. 我也有过类似的疑问关于while doing, 确实见过while doing....(有一个OG中的例子是while reducing....), 但注意这里的willing不是doing, 而是一个形容词, 表"愿意".

替薰衣紫草继续回答你的问题, 首先unlike表示对比, 这个在原文中已经给出, 这个对比意义是不可以变更的.

其次, 分词可以表示让步, 相当于although的感觉, 这个可以在语法书中找到相应的例子, 所以D其实用了更好的方式表达了让步的含意, 结构更加严谨, 为什么不选呢?

我个人比较倾向于：be willing to do是个固定不可拆开的用法，倒不是说while所接成分与主句have a disinclination的谓语动词不同。

from i know is OG prefer you to follow the original meaning of the question unless the meaning is distorted!

我用排除法做这道题。一看 Unlike 就立刻到后面找主语。主语放到 Unlike 前面必须符合逻辑。

Unlike ... skill, ..., people ... 肯定不对。立即排除。类似的词还有 Based on。

错 Based on recent reports, company A changed its plan.

对 Based on recent reports, a plan is made by company A.

我觉得这种题专门考我们中国人的。因为在中文里，介词短语并不强调主谓搭配。注意本

方法只能帮你排除几个疑惑选项。ETS 会另外设点，因为这种搭配即使美国人平常非正式

口语也不会用，考不了美国人。（就象很少见到考主动被动、名词单数复数）

这个跟那个using account of 那个什么什么画，学者们怎么怎么样是一回事吧

关键是看逻辑主语，OG里有很多类似的题目。很多题目可以通过这个方法得到答案的，建议你总结一下

比如OG-11

11. Based on accounts of various ancient writers, scholars have painted a sketchy picture of the activities of an all-female cult that, perhaps as early as the sixth century B.C., worshipped a goddess known in Latin as Bona Dea, "the good goddess."
