该选项错误, 没有人提到过has对不对。

我记得has 的主语是人或动物，这里确是state。

请问 state has a sizable wolf population 对不对？

我明白该选项的OG&大家讨论过的错误。 我困惑该句里的has的用法是否正确，因为我记得has 的主语因该是人或动物，这里却是state。请牛牛提点一下，谢谢！

这种理解不准确，OG上就有反例，19题：

闻所未闻的说法，应该没这种说法；have/has的主语可以是一切事务吧；例子不胜枚举

there be+抽象词才算错,并且这个结论也不能太绝对
