我觉得答案是A,因为D中的DOING和前面的并列不匹配,请大家讨论

划线部分的三者并列，肯定错误；


(B) deaths and injuring thousands, and serious damage to


(C) deaths, thousands who are injured, as well as seriously damaging

划线部分由and引导并列，as well as与前面的for 后面的doing并列，正确结构；


(E) deaths, thousands are injured, and they do serious damage to



我觉得答案是A,因为D中的DOING和前面的并列不匹配,请大家讨论


btw：不要轻易质疑，除非你有充分的证据。

平行必须结合句意, 死记硬背是很难应付灵活题目的.

我觉得"doing the damage to"的有效性比直接用“damaging" 差，但“injury to thousands"与”hundreds of deaths“的不平行是绝对错误，所以应选D。不知这样理解对不对？

我觉得大家选d的理由比较明确，不过d中的doing damage读起来很不舒服。

不知道大家为啥没有选b呢？

我觉得这里的D选项也只是择优吧·
as well as seriously damaging
seriously前应该最好加个for, 跟前面 (blamed) for doing 平行，逼近介词最好不能省啊··大家觉得呢？

我觉得D里面 doing是和causing平行的，然后deaths and thousands of injuries 是一个并列。就是两个平行结构 大平行套小平行
