答案是E，可是我怎末觉得B也正确呢

从题中看出人口增长6%，而鱼消费量增长4。5%，禽消费量增长9%，便可以知道增加的这些人中鱼消费小于禽消费，由此可得B选项阿

B是无关的，题目中根本就没有提immigration的问题，也没有说人们选择食物的时候会根据消费量来决定，与本题无关。

题中提到了immigration，但B仍是错误的，可以想这样一个问题，如果immigration中更多的人喜欢poutry，即使100％，那89年poutry消费的增加量应该是6％，但题干中给的是9％，所以，并不能推出B的结论。

无法从题中得出：本地人对鱼消费的变化，这个量不定，B就无法得出
