请问：学校要求by April 15交deposit，我能否在学校当地时间的April 15那天递交？十万火急，请各位XDJM不吝赐教！多谢了！

You can send an email to the school, telling them you are sending the money today, but it may be a little bit late by the time they can receive the money. I think it should be OK.
