看OG的解释就是这样说的, OG是最权威的.

If there is not A, I guess D has to be picked.

Remember, we are looking for the best one. others might work as well but are not the best, so is the case of D.

An example of a sentence starting with a "that" clause can be find in the problem of "that the twins....." (Sorry I do not remember the number....
