这题想了老半天,也查了老贴课还是没弄明白,为什么c不对,
如果想c取非foreign-made parts satisfy our government standards ---->应该也变得reliable,因为Clark parts通过了国家标准就认为是reliable....所以c取非后不也削弱结论么
