这里是指代问题啊，

A。what they now commonly call

B。a plant that they now commonly call

这里的they指代什么呢，全句没有复数名词阿

E中的IT指代什么呢？如果是指代The ancient Anasazi 那么我认为which就没有必要了。

D时态不对啊

now commonly called C中作状语修饰，The ancient Anasazi was called省略了The ancient Anasazi was 。

E中的IT指代什么呢？如果是指代The ancient Anasazi 那么我认为which就没有必要了。

如果it是有指代的，为什么去掉which，是省略吗？而且我认为which要修饰的话，也是修饰“bee plant”，为什么修饰前面的主语the ancient anasazi?
其实对答案c，还是不是很明白，是否now前面省略了什么？
请指教。
