有些咨询的老师说区别不大，不过据我听说除州立大学不谈，各校对中国学生接受的比例是有差别的。

i don't know if there is quota system for international students. but it is true that some schools are more friendly to Chinese students than others. schools like Columbia, Michigan, Upenn, William&Mary and WUSL seem to have a lot of Chinese LL.Ms. JDs in any one of all the law schools are rare, so it may become hard to know if they love or hate us

Schools are looking for diversity. Sometimes even a relatively low scores on LSAT, GPA, might be admitted by his/her diversity.

Stanford has an unofficial quota: only 10-20% of students accepted are Asians.

Note that most of those are ABCs and AB whatever other Asians...

Diversity is only for blacks, hispanics and native americans.

Asians have NO ADVANTAGE, possibly a disadvantage competing against white students.

Irena is right. Asians are minority but not URM (under-representive minorities)

Too bad that none of us is a black man (or black woman, hispanic man, hispanic woman..etc.)

If it is at all possible, it maybe beneficial NOT to let the schools know we are Chinese.

Since it is not possible...we have to bite the bullet
