不明白，为什么E里面的“can,potentially”不算redundance,如果是，为什么还要选

potentially 用逗号与 can 隔开了，表示辅助说明 can 的程度，二者的含义不同，不是重复的。

唯一具有可比性的 D 选项 that has the potential for causing 冗长。
