一样的词, 如何一个用动名词, 一个就不能用?

rising是名词，不是动名词。

第二个不选的原因是 n n 这个形式ets一般不喜欢，

150 的正确选项是the rising of the moon, 为何52The rising of costs(A)就不对的?

答案C是上升的成本, A是成本的上升, A更多是强调rising, 而C的rising cost是作为一个整体出现, 更符合句意需要.

考的就是机械平衡原理：
C 完美的平衡：The rising cost
has created a growing opportunity.不断上升的成本制造了不断增长的机会。

如果选A ，正确的平行结构是：
The rising of costs has
created a growing of opportunity .成本的上升制造了

机会的增加。

找个最新的帖子说两句

在纽约时报上搜索"the rising of costs"，自1851年以来只出现过一次，而且costs后面还没有接of。一些习惯用法需要大家平时去积累，不一定非要从语法上来解释。

就好像中文当中，为什么是“胸有成竹”，而不是“胸有成枫”，“胸有成松”，抑或是“胸有成草”呢？

the rising of xx, rising here is used as a noun. However, rising as a noun has no meaning of an increase in amount here.

noun (plural
    ris·ings)

1.	uprising: a rebellion or revolt
2.	something getting higher: something that rises in height
3.	upward movement: the process of moving upward or to a higher level
4.	action of standing up: the act of assuming a standing or nearly vertical position after sitting, kneeling, or lying
5.	leavening process: the process of leavening in bread
