请问选项d,e中的主语分别是什么？为什么在其他条件一样的情况下D中有each就用was，而e中有every one 就用were，难道就是因为D中有个逗号吗？

In both A and E, the singular subject (each in A, every one in E) does not agree with the plural verb

while in D, the plural subject women is mismatched with the singular verb was.

在正常的句子里,主谓之间是不能有逗号的(插入语除外,不过插入语是成对逗号出现),所以决定了 each不可能是主语,只能是women,导致主谓一致的问题出现.

在E里面, every one 和were之间没有comma,所以every one是主语了(至于every one前面的一堆东西,可以当作同位语成分,我觉得).结果又是主谓不一致了.
