标题: 【求助】大家也来帮我看看该申请什么样的学校
我的主要情况如下：

本科国内某重点大学专业比较冷门学分积4.4/5 排名第二

硕士同样大学专业比较好拿经济学硕士学分绩4.2/5 排名成绩单上没写

毕业后在一家美国的咨询公司工作（叫毕博，bearingpoint）一年半。现在人在米国，F2身份。也想申请MBA，不知道有没有戏？

听说top的B-SCHOOL比较prefer工作三年以上的，我个人也觉得工作时间太短了一些。

GMAT正在准备中，不知道能否拿到高分？

大家觉得申请什么样档次的学校好呢？给点意见吧，bow

I suggest you try those ranking between 20-30. This is based on my application experience.

I have only one year work experience with MS and BS in chemistry. The company I worked for is a small company. I also hold an F2 visa. By now, I was admitted by a school ranking 30-40 according to business week and waitlisted by a school ranking around 20.

If you can get a decent score on GMAT, you stand a big chance to enter top30. If your spoken english is good enough to conduct a smooth face-to-face interview, you stand bigger chance.

Everything is possible. Be confident and try your best.

get a GAMT over 700, and then try Top 5 to 15 MBA school.

As I understand, she is not working right now. So she only got 1.5 yrs W/E.

I would suggest that you do some volunteer work now to make up for the short W/E. Good luck.

And where I can find volunteer job?

you can do some community service work, non-profit work etc to make compensations. Of course you can try top 10 schools, I don't see why you have to apply top 30-40 schools. Since F2 is not allowed to work legally, non-profit organizations volunteering work MAY be ok, I am not sure. Check with some lawyer.

Of course I want to be admitted by top10 B-school. I just wonderingwhether my background is good enough to apply such high school.
By the way, I also prefer MBA majoring finance or financial accounting.This will also make it harder for these two majors are the hottest.
