b. award .. for it   award 已经给了, 再 for it,语义重复。

我不是牛牛,但是这一题我也考虑过B.


我是这么想的:我觉得FOR的这种用法在语法上是没有错误的.但是A更好.因为这句话的意思是Supreme Court 授予Central Intelligence Agency 权力.这种权力能使它..........
