I don't understand this question, who can translate it into Chinese?

To help you understand the concept, I made up following examples:

40=2^3*5 , so the 2-height of 40 is 3

90=3^2*2*5, so the 2-height of 90 is 1, but the 3-height of 90 is 2

To put it into a laymen's term, it asks you to find which one of the following number contains the most number of 2 as a prime factor.

40 has three 2 as factors, thus the correct answer.
