答案是c (thought) ,但我选b ,source 应该用复数。

P47 26题：改错Squids, along with their close relatives the octopuses, have well-developed nervous systems and possess large, image-forming eyes that are similar quite to vertebrate eyes.

答案是b (close relatives) ,但我选d , similar quite应该用quite similar。不知道为什么B close relatives错了？

P47 28题：改错 Because of the heat caused by combustion, all of engines have to be equipped with some type of cooling system.

答案是d (system) ,但我选b , all of 应该用all the 。不知道为什么d (system)错了？

P48 38题：改错 The body of sea anemone is basically a hollow sac with a mouth at one end.

答案是c (with) ,但我不知道为什么c (with)错了？

P79 12题：填空 The moon completes a rotation around Earth in almost _____period of time it takes to complete a revolution around its own axis.

(A)   the same as

(B)   the same

(C)   as the same as

(D)  same

答案是(D) same,但我选(b)the same，因为后面有定语从句修饰。

版主mm,科学出版社TOEFL 1996-2003托福历年全真题只能看出是哪一年的题，不知道是几月份的，也不知道是不是国内toefl考试的题。

我是在书店买的这本书，是ets正版的那套（含8盘磁带）。

版主，这本书就没标示出是哪一年的哪套题，其中有几套不是中国大陆笔考的试题。这本书确实是ets出的，书店都有卖。

能回答我的问题吗？这比较重要。

我觉得这里应该加个介词，因为relatives 和 the octopuses不能并列。

pp上面有道题:much near->very near.所以d也错了
