说实话有许多看不懂的地方,但是我就捡看得懂的地方缕清思路。

At the end, it shows some people don't agree with the attitude of those researches. They think people want to drink and hangover.

  alcohol benefit in fact only be available to certain people. its about the gene.but its just a small research and still need more work.

   more consume of wine make a fashion of deeply colored wine with fewer healthy  thing. winemakers and scienties tried to reduce the alcohol and preserve the flavors. however, there is no way to reduce alcohol without hurting quality.

Drinking alcohol is only availuable to certian people, who happen to have right genes.
To test whether alcohol is benefit for people's heart, scientists compare some men and women, who have heart disease, with other healthy volunteers. In the end, the research reveals that only the people who get the gene, which can work only with booze, lower their probability to get heart disease risk.
However, only 15% of us have this genes. Moderate drinking is good for only this small lucky gene group, and most of us do not get any benefit at all.
Futher experiments and studys are needed to do to test whether the conclusion is right, but we still keep in mind that maybe drinking alcohol is not good for our health.
