Drinking alcohol is only availuable to certian people, who happen to have right genes.
To test whether alcohol is benefit for people's heart, scientists compare some men and women, who have heart disease, with other healthy volunteers. In the end, the research reveals that only the people who get the gene, which can work only with booze, lower their probability to get heart disease risk.
However, only 15% of us have this genes. Moderate drinking is good for only this small lucky gene group, and most of us do not get any benefit at all.
Futher experiments and studys are needed to do to test whether the conclusion is right, but we still keep in mind that maybe drinking alcohol is not good for our health.
