这个Booking和Agoda已经在用而且我认为在目前E-COM里是做的比较完善的,因为在线预订酒店的客户体验分享对新访客户的消费结果可以说有决定性的影响。同时,当你在浏览某家酒店页面,网站会告诉你有多少人此时也在浏览此页面,多少顾客刚刚预订了类似的房型,造成消费紧迫感的同时,也觉得购物体验非常生动和人性化。

amazon等B2C,B2B2C目前还都没有投放这个技术,但是相信未来一定会有。甚至可以把数据图像化,根据访问人数从视觉上呈现熙熙攘攘的SHOPPING画面,又或者提供平台让喜欢同类产品的顾客即时在线沟通交流,让ONLINE SHOPPING从个人行为变成群体行为和社会行为。


Obstacle:
Workers at labour-intensive factories like Yue Yuen’s know that times are changing. Production is moving to countries with cheaper labour, such as neighbouring Vietnam. Low-skilled workers entering middle-age are getting increasingly nervous.
这两年已经明显感觉到zara, hm,等快时尚的产地都已经从made in china变成made in Vietnam, Morroco, Malaysia. 人工成本急剧升高迫使一些制造业离开中国另觅廉价工人。物价水平超出发展现状的畸形状态,不知道会给多少打工族带来生存难题。

Once the biggest strike in China happened in Honda in Foshan.
Some critics blamed the local government for its corruption and the company itself
Y fears to the large strike since it can lead to many serious problems thus tries to make progress to cope  with the strike, but strikers didn't clam down because the company just broadcast without sincerity and just  represent the government.
Another problem the firm faced is the growing shortage of young employees
In labor-intense factories,labors are becoming cheaper and many of them are over middle age so that they care about the pension issues

Workers of Yue Yuan  went on a strike and they accused it of low pension and large propoertion of them were low skilled ,aged 30 or 40 and come from other region around Dongguan. Not like Western‘s, the union doesn't represent the wokers but the government .
