in 1980s, wedding celebrations is simple and warm, and most people looked for a life-long relationship;
in 1990s, Young people want to decide their marrage by themselves, and divorce is not a immoral things, also there are some problems, such as that a male has several female.

marriage law gives young people more freedom and then divorce rate increased.
However, more freedom also brings some problems, such as sexual affairs before marriage, one night stands, flash marriages, pre-marital cohabitation. Many people think that social ethics and morality should be strengthened.

Three steps in employment changes in China.
First, before reform and opening -up, emplyment is decided by the nation;
second, after the agricultural reform initiated,  many rural peope left to urbal areas, and their thinking was more open-minded.
Third, employment diversification was prevailed.

Reform and opening-up tremendously influenced on the moive industry. After Cultural Revolution, audience demonstrated huge enthusiasm for movies, and movie makers took this great oppotunity, many famous directors and actors or actresses quickly appeared.

Becuase of the commerical and other affects, Chinese movie industry is gloomy. In order to change this situations, Authority decided to import limit number foreign films, which brought miracle for the industry. After China joined in the WTO, the number of the foreign films is doubled, and directors began to bet on big budget because of the enormous success of Chinese directors in west.

Chinese Movie is not noly successful in home, but also in abroad. Hero is a typical example of this Chinese films. But this blooming trend is also blocked by many stones, such as the film adiministration system, the high price and the lack of competitive edge.

The US is low in HIV population and Uganda has the highest level with 5%, which is the most infected country around the world. In the past 25 years, the HIV steps into a steady stage, not getting worse but not getting better either. Then are the reasons of why HIV is high in Africa.

In 1970s, people wrote to lovers to show their love and 2 examples were discussed. In the 1980s, couples had simple wedding and seek life long relationship when they stepped into another stage in their life. One example was discussed. Finally, in the 1990s, 50% of the people started to find their own lover and broke the traditional arranged marriage. However, the highly developing society also brings more divorce and betrayal of the family in China.

The development of marriage law and current marriage situation with freedom as well as challenges.
The marriage law was invented in 1950, amended in 1980 and finally revised in 2001. The divorce rate has been increasing especially from 1990s. Currently more freedom and confusion coexisted since liberalization of thinking brings more freedom in love, however new challenges behind the freedom occurred. Still, from the survey conducted in college students in shanghai, people emphasis on honesty and happy family in their life.

The development of Chinese career selection during the past 30 years,and characteristics of Chinese employment--more independent, diverse and pragmastic.
Under planned economy, farmers in countryside working with agricultural stuffs. Urban people succeed father's position. Since 1980s, migration flow from rural to urban and farmers started to seek jobs in cities and educated urban people pay more attention on interests, environment, etc.

Chinese movie development since 1978, with opening up, getting into the world market and producing more commercials and be competitive in the world.
During cultural revolution, movies focused on human interest and reality. In 1982, Chinese film stepped into the international market and since 1987 commercial movies started to be popular. In 1993, movie industry broke the monopoly.

From 1990s, more foreign moves were imported and local movie industry was supported to highly developed.
In 1990s, the revenue suffered and China started to import foreign movies, which showed to be success and Chinese movie industry imitate this model. Then the revenue bumped up, and more financial and policy support for local movie production and TV firms. Especially from 2001 China joined WTO, more movie imported and more local movies produced with huge budget, bringing some local busters.

Chinese movies developed into international market while undergo 3 problems.
Chinese movie market started to boom and Hero brought China into the world market, and policy markers help the industry to develop. However, there are 3 problems in the movie industry. 1) the administrative system is poor and there is no rating system. 2) chinese movies lack in competitive edge and no tech and storytelling skills. 3) price is high compared to the limited income level.

Since opening-up, economy, living standard have increased, and sustainable development has been emphasizing.
Since 1978, economy has been highly developed and China has become the world engine of economic development with the highest speed of eco development. In addition, people's living standards increased and more focus was put on sustainable development with economic and social development. Being the world importer and exporter, chinese sustainable develop contribute to the world sustainability.

The three main challenges and risks under Chinese high eco development.
1) China need energy conservation and high tech or innovation to help develop eco-friendly economy. Pollution can be solved by high tech, better mgmt, higher efficiency to have sustainable development.
2) China is now in transitional period, with unbalanced development between urban and rural areas, huge gap between rich and poor. Further eco develop needs to close the gap.
3) Natural disasters and industrial accidents threaten people's life and more safety, social responsibility of companies should introduced.
With high eco develop, social and environmental develop need more concern.
