各位帮我看看，这个是发OFFER的意思吗？CUHK发的~

In order to proceed further, would you please kindly follow up with the item below:

1)     A scanned copy of your passport

2)     A scanned copy of your certificate and diploma in Chinese version

3)     2 original copies of your degree transcripts being sent directly from issuing institute

我也收到类似的。。。你收到official 的offer了么现在。。

In fact, I have heard positive feedback from him about your interview and the admissions committee will grant you an admissions but before we could make this official, please send me a copy of your passport and a copy of your degree certificate (畢業証書).  This way, it would definitely speed up our application process.
