Globalization is a good thing or not ？ Some say it almost remove the whole world poverty , but other think that we the drawback outweigh the benefits.

However, we cant know to recognize it give us benefits or not before we define it’s origin.

Globalization first was described in The wealth of Nations, but did not use this term. And many labor description just some kind of globalization.

The most obvious part is the silver which is introduced from american to uropea ,and which make Europe long time inflation.

Some historian have mentioned the globalization can be traced to 3BC thr first time trade between china and Europe.     

Eventually ,globalization is not one-way process and spread out the history a long time.

Obstacle:
1.Globalization has its advantages but also has disadvantages, the point is that whether the former outweigh the latter.
2.Globalization has made the world more integrated as the increase of specialization. Eg: Europe&USA, The discovery of the abundant mines of America, reduce silver price in Europe than that before the globalization.
3.Europe had experienced a price revolution, because the rising of importation from Europe to China and other countries.
4.Globalisation has not always been a one-way process. So when it started on earth is depended on the change of the outside environment.

1'42  The bad case of acquiring HP should be taken into concideration by the acquirer. There are still some value for the Lenovo to  make use of the blackberry, such as the market and the brand value.

2’13’’ it is reported that lenovo is going to buy blackberry. This may not be a good idea, both HP and Google did not get benefits from their buyouts. Blackberry has experienced a huge fall in its profits and lost a lot of money because it underestimated the appeal of apple and did not reaction properly. Blackberry has not yet decided which buyer to choose.

2’29’’ HP purchased Palm and wanted to double down the revenue in its plan, but finally had to shut it down.
     Google bought Motorala several years ago and has been experiencing losses.
     However, there are some reasons for lenovo to corporate with blackberry: 1. They have common business customer basic; 2. Levono can ultilize  blackberry to open the American and European markets.

2’28’’ whoever acquires blackberry will have to consider whether to continue its now smart phone operating system. Maybe following google’s system is a good choice.
     The challenge facing lenovo to acquire blackberry is the veto from canadian and American regulators in the name of national security. Though lenovo did not encounter this challenge when it came to its buying IBM’s personal computer business, things have changed.
     Some people are optimistic about blackberry’s selling. Dividing blackberry into different parts and sell them individually seems to be a possible good choice.

4’03’’ because of the low borrowing costs, which lead to high yield for junk bonds, companies like to issue and investors like to held those junk bonds. They all want to use this good opportunities to make more money, and this push the junk bonds business into a huge market.

2’47’’ European companies tend to use the high-yield bonds-the junk bonds more.
     The lower the borrowing costs are, then less likely the companies will default,  and the more attractive the junk bonds are. The low rates seems to reduced their default possibility currently.
     However, the high-yield bonds diminished the liquidity.
