1. 0:46.7
Glacier melting account for most of sea level rises, but not all glaciers have been melt.

2. 1:27.7
Since a big piece of ice shelf collapse in Antarctica, a kind of sea sponge that used to mature slowly was found overgrowth.

3. 1:17.7
There is data detected by NASA can tell something about the tail of solar system, but it's still hard to tell the further information about the tail such as the length.

4. 1:16.0
T. rex, once been thought a kind of scavengers lived on corpses, was proved have make their bites on living things.

5. 1:07.9
It's hard to discover that the process or tell whether T. rex is a carnivore or scavenger. There are still lots of interesting things to be detected in palaeontology area.

Obstacle: 03:02.4
There are millions of people who live along the coasts are exposed to the highly hazard risk.
Scientists have took steps.
-They ranked the hazard rates.
-They ranked 9 most useful possibly moves.
At the same time, the model has been used in the reefs about to rebuild.

1'29"
The rising of sea level was largely caused by melting of glacier
1'58"
As the huge glacier melted, some solar needing plantkon became boom, the squirt is an example. But expert regarded it as a temporary phenomenon.
1'58"
A recent finding of solar's tails provide much information to prove the previous assumption of the existence of solar's tail.
1'45"
1'21"
The recent research reveals that the T. actually hunt for lively preys instead of only eating carcasses. Some scientists doubt on that, but some think it is unnecessary to debate on that issue.

Coastal habitats can protect coastal areas from dangers. Use examples to support the idea.
Finding the effects of these coastal forests using models: where a habitat can play more important role?
But it still needs further researches.

Wednesday [22-2]
P1: Harms from ice sheets melt. P2:  Two new researchers' new measurement. P3: Their findings: glacier and ice-sheet's melting are accounted for 60% of sea level rise.

P1: A phenomenon: even delicate sea lives adapt quickly. P3: scientists measure the quantity of sea squirt but surprisingly found that the glass sponge has tripled its quantity, but see squirt is gone. P4: the reason is still unclear.

Time3- 1'24" [291]
P1:Scientists have long suspect that solar system has a tail. P2: Now new data shows, yes, it does have a tail. P3: Explain the cause of the tail. P4: Give more info about the tail, P5: not sure about the length. Give an estimated number. Will conduct more study toward the Sun's influence.

But new evidence shows that 霸王龙真的捕猎活的生物。P2: A new fossil newly found indicates that 霸王龙's teeth got stuck in another dinosaur’s bones. P3: Usually scientists can't tell whether the prey was dead or alive. P4: This time scientists are able to tell that the bone of the other dinosaur was grown after it got bitten. This means that this lucky dinosaur got away from a 霸王龙's attack but had 霸王龙's tooth in its body.

Time5-  1'04" [242]
P1&P2: More information from scientists why they consider this new evidence that 霸王龙捕猎活物。And they are excited about it.
P3&P4: Other scientists disapprove. They don't think this fossil changes much.

1. costal habitats play important roles in protecting coastal properties. Data that how much money worth of the costal properties is given.
2. scientists are excited that a new study -- study toward the costal habitats to understand and estimate how and how much the habitats protect properties.
3. The study is unprecedented and important. It is different from the traditional engineer study.
4. The methodology of the study: differentiating and ranking different kind of habitats.
5. One scientist's concern: The study is good. but we still don't understand the habitat very well and we don’t know if they are gonna last.
6. Another scientist's concern: 1. 。。2. Detailed cost compare between habitat study and engineering study.

越障:Reefs, dunes and wetlands are key to protecting lives and property against hazards. K.A. presents the first habitats protection map of the US coastline with her colleagues. E.B’s view: ground-breaking work. Study co-athor P.K: models used in their work could help further a global movement to take stock of the coastal protections. The author illustrates the influence and guiding significance of K.A. Work. Rob Thieler: K.A.’s work requires further refinements and more assessments. The authors agree.
