1.银行是什么，我们可以干什么（我们可以存钱，会很安全，也省事，check也会很方便），他可以进行这些操作而不侵犯我们的利益是因为有监管，他要有利益，利益很大一部分来源于借贷，但是他不能全被借走，必须有一定数额，我们需要的时候就可以用，利益就来自interest paid and earned，现在可以手机银行，网上银行，也可以atm都行。也有其他的不同的机构可以供我们选择， 因为有竞争我们会有更好的选择，

2.economy跟bank成正比吧，一起升一起降，但是B这个人貌似不这么认为，说银行还有很长的路要走，应该是态度不太乐观吧，不是很懂，一会再看一遍。。。

3.邮政公私混合模式，会使员工失业，也会使一些工厂关闭，但是会有新的私人的邮政创造工作，两方面吧，有认为radical的也有态度支持的。

TIME1:01'06'' What is bank. Bank is a financial orgization which helps people handle the financial issue. why should we put money into bank. Becasue bank can help us to secure the money and people is not willing to spend money if the money is not around
TIME2: 01'09'' Bank can enable people easily and quickly to complete the transaction
TIME3: 01'09'' How does the bank operate. Bank earns its profit by loaning and charging depoist interest. By depositing, the bank collect money from the depositor. And the loan the money to the people who needs it so that the bank can get profit. But there is limit for the bank to obey when they lend money so that the bank can make sure the customer can withdrew the money any time
TIME4: 01'17'' The optimists are negative to the economy in the next several years. since the bank is related with the economy closely, people is not optimitic to bank too. But somebody predicts that bank will experience prosperity in the next years. So that the stock and anyting related to bank will boosts in the next several years
TIME5: 01'44'' Bove reserach shows that the government spent a lot on bank and bank still have money to use. The interest increasing means that people have more buying capacity and the economy is developing well. Bank still has long story to tell

==>post serivice privacy will not make employment because the people who lose job from communal post serivice can get job from private post serivice

==> but somebody opposite it citing that all people will go to the privacy post service if it is better than the comunal one
==> the biggest problem to get the post service privacy is the congress. it seems that the congress will not approve this propose
