Philippine’s market continues to grow strong when S&P raised the credit rating for this country.

Firstly, the rating of its bonds from BB+ to BBB- means that the international financial institutes consider its investment value.

Secondly, S&P follows one of the big 3 rating fellow Fitch’s rating’s upgrade.

The second upgrade is particularly important, and Manila’s bonds are now included in key global investment funds.

IMF raised the outlook for Philippine’s economic growth.

Indeed, Philippines’s economic growth has improved significantly since BA III was elected as president in 2010. (Two factors: It’s robust domestic demand and rising stock market.)

Peso, Philippine’s currency is continuing growing strong. Despite risks that may pose on exports, the effect has only been temper inflation.

However, not everything is rosy. One is the abnormal number of “remittance” workers last year. The other is that IMF warned Manila to continue improving its institutes and infrastructures.

Despite all these challenges, it turns out that Aquino is on the right track.

Taiwan is ready to make economic sanctions to Philippine if it does not respond to the event of killing the Taiwan fisher.

Freezing all Philippine’s new labor applicants will be a blow to its economy, but Taiwan will not stop there. Jiang said.

Though the sanction would have some effect on Taiwan’s economy, it is tolerable.  Projects that spur Taiwan’s economy growth do not conflict with its economy sanction to Philippine.

Taiwan is planning to explore its labor resources from other countries such as Thailand.

CLA disclosed that Philippine has an average number of 20000 new workers applicants to Taiwan every year.

Cabinet demanded Philippine’s government give response before the deadline of midnight on Wednesday, otherwise it’s freezing policy is ready to begin.

Every country’s has it’s responsive measure when suffering from such a tragedy, as Ma Ying-Joe strongly demanded apology when the fisher was killed innocently.

Moreover, the other company's rate is only one rank below the "investment" standard and is thought by most people to be upgraded soon as the other two ratings did.

IMF also announced a similar result that the economy in P is now booming and might will be booming for a while in a recent report . However, some disadvantages and possible malaises are also pointed out.

Taiwan government is about to put restriction and constraint on the P's labor who will apply for a job in Taiwan for now, because of the reluctance and unwillingness of P's government to apologize to Taiwan for the recent shooting case.
