Main topic: The author explains the idear that  waitress pouring wine is a kind of redeness behavior, which derive from the cultrual and habitat.

At the beginning, the author give himself example in the dinner to ilustrate the negative impress about waitress pouring wine is not due to interuption the discussion between the customer, but due to  the rudeness behavior.
And then, the author inserts two view about the ineffective services for the resteraunt:
first, too general service, when you need somthing, you can not see the eyes of the waitress.
second, too much specifics in the service, the waitress ask too many inqueries.
By inserting the above two views, the author concludes that waitress pouring wine is an extrem case of the second view, not only because waitress pouring wine means pushing the custmer quickly consume and then asking one more to consume,but also waitress pouring wine is waste production paid by customer finally.
After the above conclution, the author reasons that the waitress pouring wine,redeness behavioris, is derived from habite and culture, which give the resterant the power to do so against customer
Finally, the author propose a solution for waitress pouring wine, redeness behaviornext, politely tell the exact rude one not to couduct the behavior.

The author is mainly talking about a way that waiters offer which makes him very uncomfortable. In order to make his issue more clearly, he wrote an experience he have had when he was in a restaurant with his friends. In the end, the author suggests that even the waiter offer the service for good, if you feel uncomfortable, then you can refuse him or her.
