是滴，因为cut过去式 过去分词形式不变~ 或者你往后看出现have yielded这个谓语，所以cut必然不是谓语  而根据manhattan，过去分词只有两种用法：1作动词表示过去完成时 2作形容词修饰名词 所以此处是过去分词短语作后置定语了
