该题有4个问题：（1）who, that, doing; (2) in & within; (3) comma 的停顿, （4）identified as & to be 。
个人倾向E。

但一位760的NN题目似乎微妙的不同。
“那个 Half of the 8 million people  的题也遇见了，正确的句子是  Half of THE 8 million
people WHO identify themselves AS XXXX, live within US. ”

有定冠词the那么先行词应该用that；倾向用in。迷惑中，望指教。

个人认为a由于that肯定是可以排除的，e也肯定可以排除。c的within可以排除，就是b和d的区别了。identify as可以在mw词典里查到， 请看http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/identify。我的观点是b正确。

又看了jj后面有个nn说是选e，本人就迷茫了。e的前半句没有谓语，后半句没有主语。应该是错误的啊。
