This is pretty neat stuff. Where is it reprinted from? I like to get to the source so I can use it at our "Workshop" http://www.rainlane.com/list.asp?boardid=8  (I try not to quote and requote but quote directly from the source with proper citation of name of author and source of information. Of course, that's not always possible. But if I can, I will.)

So far I have not the slightest idea of the source.  I roughly put it into Chinese as its counterpart ( http://www.rainlane.com/dispbbs.asp?boardid=11&id=18161&star=1#18161 ).
