B. 答案应该是错的。句子结构是 make it adj to do ,不能跟that从句。

E.答案因该是错的。a law being passed ,用og的解释是wordy(being应该省略)。

总结，此题用两个语法点就可解题：

1. make it adj to do 排除A,B,C

2. a law being passed ，wordy,排除E

综上，完全是个人理解，望指点。

这道凭什么选A不选D啊....

此题应该属于逻辑表达。

原句的意思是2层比较，答案A很好的表达了这两层意思，并且主动词（谓语）并列的相当对称。而E. 把原本主要成分改变成了附属成分，属于改变了句子意思。逻辑表达题需要慢慢体会。
