GWD的參考答案在9-18給B，但在3-22(兩題相同)給D

b有一個大錯誤，a citizen hold......

答案B的另外一个错误是时态。“With a law passed in 1933 that makes it a crime punishable by imprisonment that a United States citizen hold”用现在式，则意味着目前该法律仍然有效。但是，从主句中“found”和“had”可以看出应当是过去式才对。
