如果是想去香港，还是很容易可以从国内直接找工作过去，当然也是中资机构为主。要是去美国，就还是读书吧
不过你之前都在美国读过master，要留为啥那会儿不留？

Very good to hear back from you! Well, it seems like are aware of the next thing to do really - make that GMAT score happen. I feel like that comes before all else. You have enough time if you budget correctly. And in a “worst-case” scenario in which you don’t hit your target score, waiting one more year to apply with a better score would make sense to me in your case.

But I feel you could definitely make it happen this year too.

当时是可以留来着，但是被爸妈强撸回国了。。。

Right now I'm swamped with a lot of work, you know what a new guy's life would be at an investment bank But yeah, I feel like I do have plenty of time for GMAT before I proceed with the application.

What score do you think would be the minimum requirement if I want to give a shot at M7? Is 740 gonna be ok?

楼主的背景不M7就没道理了，说自己是小弱是不是有点太谦虚...
不过个人觉得你的背景读full time MBA有点浪费时间。如果只是后悔回国了，单纯想在国外工作的话，学历已经足够了，还不如省下时间精力金钱直接找猎头，或者读个一年制的MBA也可以。或者先去个什么中资银行的海外分部，然后再跳，很多条路可以走。
说实话，MBA就是跳板+鲤鱼跃龙门。我是美本美硕美国工作经验，因为学校和工作经历都太弱才被迫想去读MBA的。周围大多数真正混的好的中国人基本都是拿着一个本科学历就打天下了。

谢谢你的鼓励！在我心中M7一直都是摩根高盛麦肯锡这种地方的大神才能去的，我区区一个中资投行的小兵只有仰望的份。

我也在努力开拓猎头资源，但是靠谱的猎头太难找了，确实还得花点精力。

Yep! a 740 is perfect . More is better, if you can pull it

我觉得你得调一下这个预期哎，其实回国找工作的话真跟mba关系没那么大，未必M7的就比本土真了解国内市场的吃得开
