由于面试期间我在国外，INSEAD就把我的面试安排在了澳洲，上午下午两场

上午，一位高阶律师，非常nice，围绕我的简历问了下我的工作，大学期间的创业，成长经历，然后就是对澳大利亚投资的想法
由于学校非常注重多元化，所以也问团队工作相关的问题，以前在工作中是怎么进行team work的
整个过程非常轻松，你感觉在和一个团契里面的大姐在交流

下午，一位制造公司的财务总监，很简洁，why（INSEAD，MBA，now），career goal，post graduate plan，long term plan，idea abt investment（个人事业所以这块问的多）

同是INSEAD 17J 但我是R2 ... 等下下午跟第二位校友面試 面完了來分享一下面試經驗

2017 JAN R2，端午节前面完两个校友，上来分享一下攒个人品。

因为我有创业经历并且career goal也是entrepreneurship所以学校给我安排的两个校友都有创业的背景。总体感受是校友都非常nice，不会刻意challenge面试人，面试的目的更多是深入了解申请人的性格，看是否和学校的culture相fit。用面试官的话说就是"to see if I can imagine you being in the same class with me"。

一面是在上海创业的日本校友。上来让我walk through my resume，但是重点更多放在每个决定背后的motivation而不是每段经历的achievement。然后问我在创业过程中的感悟，并带出why MBA，why INSEAD，why now的经典问题，并问了我是否有申请其他学校。最后是INSEAD面试必问的international experience，这方面我除了大学阶段半年的美国交流外并没有太出彩的故事可说，于是我强调了上海本身是一个非常international的城市，并且举例和在上海的外国朋友hang out的经历。

二面是在上海创业做NGO的美国校友，在中国待了近20年（惊）。上来先对我的创业经历问了一通，问我从这段经历中学到了什么。然后和一面一样，开始问人生的motivation，并不时追问每段经历的learning。最后询问international experience，面对这位在法国待过n年在中国待了20年的校友我只能毫无底气的说我在美国待过半年，感觉校友听完略doubt，不过也可能只是我的错觉哈哈。
希望我的分享能帮到之后面试的同学，也希望24日我能如愿收到offer！

我也來分享一下面試經驗 不過當初我是用英文打的:

First interview was with an ex-BCG consultant who graduated from INSEAD 20+ years ago. The entire interview was very relaxed, and felt more like a conversation. Some of the questions that I could recall:
What do you think about online market research?
What's your take on media and digital measurement?
Which industry would you like to work for after your MBA? Why?
Where do you see yourself in the next 10, 20 years?
You said you wanted to do marketing, why not Kellogg?
What do your parents think about you applying to INSEAD?
Second interview took place at the alumnus' office and the interview was conducted in the lobby area so it was pretty casual and relaxed. We used mandarin to chit-chat about 5 minutes and then he hinted me the interview is going to start so lets switch to English.

The interview lasted about an hour, no behavioral questions were asked and the entire process was pleasant but a bit more challenging than the first one. Below are some of the questions that I could recall:
Walk me through your resume
Tell me about your strengths?
Can you share me with some of the differences between working in India, China and Taiwan?
What do you think of digital marketing?
What are the differences between digital in China and in Taiwan?
What value did you bring to your current company?
Why INSEAD?
What is your long term goal?
Why MBA?
Any EC activities?
