12/17晚上11:00收到Ross AO来的电话,申请算是暂时告一段落。
Applied: CBS/MIT/Kellogg/Ross
Interviewed: CBS/Kellogg/Ross
Admitted: CBS/Kellogg/Ross
面经如下:
Ross: Interview with recent alum. Very nice lady with standard questions. Lasted about an hour.
Walk me through your resume?
Your biggest achievement?
You were very specific about your long term goal, Why?
In that case, what's your short term career goal right after MBA?
Why MBA?
Something you did with the largest impact
You said you were a team person, but can you give me an example of conflict and how you deals with it?
Tell me something out of your resume
Pitch me so that I can highly recommend you
I asked questions about action learning experience and healthcare resources/recruiting. |
Kellogg: On campus interview with AO Andrea, very nice lady, Kellogg Alum. Lasted for about half an hour, very standard interview questions:
Tell me about your education and career.
You said you are pretty good at teamwork, give me an example.
Give me an example when your initial teamwork trial was not successful, what did you do to improve it?
Short-term career goal?
What was the most impactful thing you did during your second job?
I asked three questions regarding teamwork/competition, Grade Disclosure (K is the only school that discloses students' grades to employers) and advice on how to better leverage the time before MBA maltriculation. Seems that they really want someone team-oriented.
CBS: Interviewer不怎么care面试流程,也没有做任何的记录。只问了几个核心问题:
walk me through your resume Long-term career goal – follow-up question, why MBA Anything special you want to tell me? Challengingexperience, project experience etc…
BG: Male, Non top 2 university based in Beijing, G760, T115, Tier-2 consulting for 6 years before maltriculation.
