so that可以用来引导目的状语从句，目的状语从句里常用情态动词may, can, might或could表示目的。如：
He spoke at the top of his voice so that the students at the back could hear him. 他说话声音很高，为的是后面的同学能听见。(目的状语从句）
so that引导的结果状语从句一般要用逗号和主句隔开，从句里没有表目的的情态动词may, can, might或could。
He spoke at the top of his voice, so that the students at the back heard him. 他说话声音很高，结果后面的同学都听见了。(结果状语从句)
无论so that引导目的状语从句，还是引导结果状语从句，都通常位于句中，而不置于句首。

之前看到一个别的题，也是直接一个Wednesday出现在那里，前面没有加介词，看起来像直接作定语。所以我想类似这样的词是可以直接修饰，不需要介词的吧。这只是我的猜测，没有证实。

如果有大神知道，求回答

CD里面群众的解答真是乌七八糟什么都有，要是菜鸟肯定会被绕进去，这个是状语比较，the sales当然可以省略，真正的问题在于指代。

就是这个，我问了别人，说是在美式英语中确实可以直接这样用

是的，这题我宁愿选E。要是答案选E，我都能想象大家会自信的说， 不能表示转折，杀ABC。
