speed  time2 02:36.6
time3 02:16.3 Rather than defending against what we don't know, relax into it as a part of who we are, knowing that not knowing is a part of our everyday life and an opportunity to grow and learn something new about ourselves in the process.
Time4   02:15.4   Poor listening leads to lower profits. Listening is different from hearing. Fear and skill are the two obstacles of the learning.
Time5  02:53.1   Truly listening has two steps----focus on the other person and seek confirmation.
Time6  02:37.4  Puerto Rico's debt is a large amount. Puerto Rico is unable to file for bankruptcy and restructure under the umbrella of American law. And due to the economic crisis, it causes some social problems.
Obstacle  06:57.9  Nowadays, it is not easy to find honesty and self-critical altitude in the schools and companies. The answer to the problem that what is your weakness is turning to positive. The writer took a interview with students and wanted people to tell the truth and know “who you are”.

Time2: 2'48"
Many people fear to admit "not knowing", but it can actually prove helpful, so don't become curious about what it is we don't know.

Time3: 1'20"
The author suggests people to ask themselves some of the following questions when they find themselves not knowing.

Time4: 2'48"
Million of dollars are lost every day because of poor listening. Hearing and listening is very different from each other.

Time5: 2'45"
the author offers a two steps method to listen to other people.

Time6: 3'02"
Puerto Rico's debt obligations are about eight times the size of what Detroit is facing, but it is unable to file for bankruptcy and restructure under the umbrella of American law, so a US bailout could be needed to save it from a full-scale economic meltdown.

Obstacle 6'50"
The author thinks that the startup should be honest in the interview of their earlier career, and he gives a example of a common question that will be asked all the time in a interview "what's your greatest weakness". He states that from the way the startup answer this question, he can find out whether they have self-awareness; whether they are able to be critical; and whether they're able to tell the truth.

obstacle: the startups need more honest people who are brave enough to speak up about what is going wrong in the companies. The author uses that example to demonstrate how much he values sincerity in the people he interviewed.
