In order to change this situations, Authority decided to import limit number foreign films, which brought miracle for the industry. After China joined in the WTO, the number of the foreign films is doubled, and directors began to bet on big budget because of the enormous success of Chinese directors in west.

Chinese Movie is not noly successful in home, but also in abroad. Hero is a typical example of this Chinese films. But this blooming trend is also blocked by many stones, such as the film adiministration system, the high price and the lack of competitive edge.
