俺25号考，很有可能没裤，还是平和地一步步走下去了来。。。
SC也进行到尾声了，不过发现俺木有BAT总结得那么细，可是时间来不及了呀。。。
肿么办。。。求指导。。。

对于CR，我也认真看了，觉得你总结的那几个题型点出了我平时的想法，平时就懵懂觉得嗯。。要顺着前提想之类，但木有像你这么清晰的路子，现在好啦！！

BAT，我按照你的方法去体会了下语义，发现归于最重要的一点就是所侧重的点不同。
如你说TN14Q21  BC两项，B项侧重于 转折后没有覆盖全部费用（状语，表示how）；C项侧重于 病人需要自己付费20%（定语，表示what）。
而通过读通全句发现，作者想表达的是 虽然medicare覆盖了全部home care，但是有20%还是需要病人自己掏腰包。
不知道我理解对不对？

另，还是说 making有可能指向主语medicare伴随，也有可能指向全句表结果，所以没有C项表达清晰？

21. GWD17-Q21:
Medicare, the United Statesgovernment’s health insurance program for the elderly and disabled, covers thefull cost of home health care, but not with other nonhospital services where20 percent of the costs must be paid by beneficiaries.
