A是倒装，还原以后应该是capital has been so abundant for commercial real estate that...

是完全倒装还是部分倒装也要看原句的意思吧，如果是capital was so abundant 那就完全倒装呗。我语法知识不好，但是我觉得语法是为意思服务的，没必要被语法结构所束缚。
