I think they are looking for maturity, professionalism, IQ and EQ ... Blow please find two examples that might help. The 2nd one appears to be kind of a    "BEI" question. I think you    can always look up the internet for more perspectives. fficeffice" />


During a recent interview, the    interviewer asked me:     Hey, let's forget    all the career, MBA, resume thing. Tell me, if you can meet anyone now, who will be this guy? why? what are you going to talk with him?


Another example is from one of my friends. He was asked to describe what he would do if he was late in attending a planned meeting. (Thanks dreambox)
