If you are requesting a off-campus interview, just submit your application by Jan 9 and checked the box "off-campus interview" in part 1 of the application form. The ADCOM will contact you.

I submitted my part 1 on Oct 14 and part 2 on Nov 7th. The ADCOM contacted me on Oct 29th and scheduled a interview on Nov 24th.
