1）agree with 斑竹-most of increased 200% teenagers involved in traffic accidents are innocent victims,not the violators of traffic laws;most of teenagers in the 'record high number of teenagers for violations of traffic laws' do not invloved in the traffic accidents;

2)even if the increased accidents are caused by teenagers,how if most of them did received by now-optional driver’s education course at Adams County High School-then a required course for all students before their graduation is open to doubt;

3)agree with 7楼-The purchase of new cars is unnecessary to strength the efficiency of driver's education because there are enough cars for students to use during their course. The major holdback of the course is lack of special faculty.
