time1 1'30  Recently scientists estimated the age of meteor by analysing the crystal structure of it.

time2 2'43  One of five trial sites of Gold Rice was destroyed by a group people who protested the GR. They thouht the GR comprise of something that will make people blind and be suspectable to disease. But the goverment claimed that the crops are being tried and they observed the datas to assess the GR. So there would be some protections for the other trial sites.

time3 2'20 Herb medical was found related to cancer.

time4 1'47 Though the relationship between herb and cancer was published, people are still consuming herb beacause they believe that only one gene are appointed to taht relationship. But reasearch claimed that there are thounds of genes related to cancer.

time5 1'31 Reasearch found the birthwort might cause liver cancer. Several experts claimed that these plants were very dangrous.


O       A popular used specimen was drived from a tissue from a cancer patient 60 years ago. But she and her family didn't konw this fact. Today her family become unhappy when they find this fact. Later many organizations tried to communicate with LACK family to persuate them to agree with this action. The Lack family finally agreed without angry. Now the whole world should show their respect to that patient and her family.

根据你提到的问题,我在读第一遍的时候也有一些疑惑.
速度的3,4,5是一篇文章.所以我建议最好结合前文来理解.在速度4,有提到虽然有一些研究证明birthwort和upper urinary tract cancer or kidney disease是有联系的，比如一种基因突变P53。但是实际上， 后面的研究发现这种突变时多达1500 genes with mutations---a level higher than has been found for either lung cancer in smokers or skin cancer in patients with heavy exposure to ultraviolet radiation.这说明食用birthwort确实会引起人类基因的改变。
你提到的速度5的这句话：

但问题的关键在于服用了这种草药并不能说明这个人生病就是由birthwort引起的，而应当被检测出由birthwort带来的基因突变才能说明这个人生病确实是由含有birthwort的herb引起的！
