My actual job is equivalent to a brand manager, and I am leading a team of four. However, I have no formal title. Do you think I should say I am a brand manager in my resume?

而且你要清楚你们公司经理的工作范畴到底是什么,经理并不仅仅是领导几个人就可以决定的.
一个公司不可能没有正式的头衔给你, 如果真是如此, 要么公司不正式, 要么就是对于员工太忽视.既然是一家著名的汽车公司怎能对于员工没有正式的职位呢? 那么当初公司招收你的时候又是怎么说的呢?难道你会糊里糊涂地给人家打工吗?这些你都要想清楚.
建议你和公司协议.最好让公司给你一个正式的职位, 这样对你将来也有好处.

I guess I can't wirte it in my resume then. As for my firm, yes it's famous, but still informal, messy management... I didn't know it was like this when I graduated, that's a common mistake of a lot of fresh grads...
