A，immigrants making........., 所以不对.

E, being 一般的话都出现在错误选项里。可察看OG里多少being是对的。最多有一个吧。

B, E, makes时态错误.
C, Run-on.
E, Due to错误, 不等于because of.

27. E.

A, competition ... by错误, 应该用from; it的指代对象不明确.
B, Once 短语不能修饰competition.
C, D, it不能指代所有格里的Pennsylvania.

关于27题，大家不觉的E改变了原句意吗？原句的意思是livestock raising曾经是predominantly grain-producing，但并没有说Pennsylvania was once a predominantly grain-producing state。我选了A，虽然A的it指代不是很清楚，但根据代词指代最近的名词的话，它应指代livestock raising，这样来看好像比E好。

Also I think in A there is no confusion about "it", cause A's use of "it" is exactly the same as D's use of "it"
